To login in the member's account, please enter your membership-id in the user-id ( With the hyphen (-) between and first alphabet and the numbers), and the password is the combination of 2 parameters: last 4 digits of the membership number + last four characters of your last name.
For example a user's membership id is A-0001, and his full name is Amit Chowdhury, then the user-id of the above member will be A-0001 and the password will be 0001hury.
