- Cancellation of cottage booking charges are
(a) Cancellation with less than 24 hours 100% of actual rent
(b) Cancellation with less than 72 hours 50% of actual rent
(c) Cancellation with more than 72 hours 20% of actual rent
(d) Cancellation with 7 days in advance NIL
2. 100% advance is to be paid at the time of booking of cottages.
3. Mode of payment:
(a) Cash
(b) Cheque payable at par at New Delhi
(c) DD / Banker’s cheque payable at New Delhi and
(d) On Website payment Gateway.
4. If desired by the member the refunds. If any, will be made through a New Delhi cheque payable at all branches of the Drawer Bank.
